Consult with Deepa!

Consults with Deepa Deshmukh are all guided by the principle of Functional and Integrative Nutrition. The focus is on treating the whole body and identifying and correcting nutritional deficiencies. Diet advice is based on the addition of anti-inflammatory foods. A very thorough “Lifestyle Inventory” is taken to address all the  factors contributing to your health issues. All patients are evaluated for their “readiness to change.”

Deepa also encourages a family style intervention, where everyone who is involved in your food selection is asked to attend the session. Having good support is very crucial for your success.
